Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels or from deforestation, which trap heat that would otherwise escape from Earth. This is a type of greenhouse effect.
Is global warming, caused by human activity, even remotely plausible?
Earth's climate is mostly influenced by the first 6 miles or so of the atmosphere which contains most of the matter making up the atmosphere. This is really a very thin layer if you think about it. In the book The End of Nature, author Bill McKibbin tells of walking three miles to from his cabin in the Adirondack's to buy food. Afterwards, he realized that on this short journey he had traveled a distance equal to that of the layer of the atmosphere where almost all the action of our climate is contained. In fact, if you were to view Earth from space, the principle part of the atmosphere would only be about as thick as the skin on an onion! Realizing this makes it more plausible to suppose that human beings can change the climate. A look at the amount of greenhouse gases we are spewing into the atmosphere (see below), makes it even more plausible.
What are the Greenhouse Gases?
The most significant greenhouse gas is actually water vapor, not something produced directly by humankind in significant amounts. However, even slight increases in atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) can cause a substantial increase in temperature.
Why is this? There are two reasons: First, although the concentrations of these gases are not nearly as large as that of oxygen and nitrogen (the main constituents of the atmosphere), neither oxygen or nitrogen are greenhouse gases. This is because neither has more than two atoms per molecule (i.e. their molecular forms are O2 and N2, respectively), and so they lack the internal vibrational modes that molecules with more than two atoms have. Both water and CO2, for example, have these "internal vibrational modes", and these vibrational modes can absorb and reradiate infrared radiation, which causes the greenhouse effect.
Secondly, CO2 tends to remain in the atmosphere for a very long time (time scales in the hundreds of years). Water vapor, on the other hand, can easily condense or evaporate, depending on local conditions. Water vapor levels therefore tend to adjust quickly to the prevailing conditions, such that the energy flows from the Sun and re-radiation from the Earth achieve a balance. CO2 tends to remain fairly constant and therefore behave as a controlling factor, rather than a reacting factor. More CO2 means that the balance occurs at higher temperatures and water vapor Level.Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels or from deforestation, which trap heat that would otherwise escape from Earth. Extreme weather events
Extreme weather is an effect of global warming. While experiencing some of the hottest summers on record, much of the United States also has been experiencing colder than normal winters.
Increase in average temperatures and temperature extremes
One of the most immediate and obvious effects of global warming is the increase in temperatures around the world. The average global temperature has increased by about 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit (0.8 degrees Celsius) over the past 100 years, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Ice mellt
Since 1970, the area of snow cover in the United States has steadily decreased, according to the EPA, and the average temperature of permafrost (soil that's at or below freezing temperature) has grown warmer.
Sea levels and ocean acidification
As ice melts, the ocean levels rise. In 2014, the World Meteorological Organization reported that sea level rise accelerated .12 inches (3 millimeters) per year on average worldwide. This is around double the average annual rise of .07 in (1.6 mm) in the 20th century.

Replace a regular incandescent light bulb with a compact fluorescent light bulb (cfl)
CFLs use 60% less energy than a regular bulb. This simple switch will
save about 300 pounds of carbon dioxide a year.We recommend you purchase your CFL bulbs at 1000bulbs.com, they have great deals on both screw-in and plug-in light bulbs.
Install a programmable thermostat
Programmable thermostats will automatically lower the heat or air
conditioning at night and raise them again in the morning. They can
save you $100 a year on your energy bill.
Move your thermostat down 2° in winter and up 2° in summer
Almost half of the energy we use in our homes goes to heating and
cooling. You could save about 2,000 pounds of carbon dioxide a year
with this simple adjustment.
Clean or replace filters on your furnace and air conditioner
Cleaning a dirty air filter can save 350 pounds of carbon dioxide a year.
Choose energy efficient appliances when making new purchases
Look for the Energy Star label on new appliances to
choose the most energy efficient products
available.
Do not leave appliances on standby
Use the “on/off” function on the machine itself. A TV set that’s switched on for 3 hours a day
(the average time Europeans spend watching TV) and in standby mode during the remaining 21 hours
uses about 40% of its energy in standby mode.
Wrap your water heater in an insulation blanket
You’ll save 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide a year with this simple
action. You can save another 550 pounds per year by setting the
thermostat no higher than 50°C.
Move your fridge and freezer
Placing them next to the cooker or boiler consumes much more energy than if they were standing on
their own. For example, if you put them in a hot cellar room where the room temperature is 30-35ºC,
energy use is almost double and causes an extra 160kg of CO2 emissions for fridges per year and
320kg for freezers.
Defrost old fridges and freezers regularly
Even better is to replace them with newer models, which all have automatic defrost cycles and are
generally up to two times more energy-efficient than their predecessors.
Don’t let heat escape from your house over a long period
When airing your house, open the windows for only a few minutes. If you leave a small opening all
day long, the energy needed to keep it warm inside during six cold months (10ºC or less outside
temperature) would result in almost 1 ton of CO2 emissions.

TcK and they Lives.
some people don't know what is the term of tcl and some others don't know ho they are or what are the challenges that this kids and persons have to fare well, this report is foretell you ho they are.
Tck are the kids defined recently like"children's complain their parents into another culture"they first culture is the country were they lives, the second is they nationality of hers parents and the third is that they create mixed the others two that have and are exposed.
the children are exposed to diferents cultures, grow and develop in difference way of the others kids acquiring difference abilities and others concepts of live. They have fare difference problems and they have others disavantages and facilities. focusing about his aspects we can identify this kids or adults that belongs to this category a TcK.
In their lives this kids have to fare problems that regulary are problems of identity and have to relacionate, cause of the vRiety of cultures that provide to they a different traditions and credential, that the others childrens , adolecents, and adulst can use to separete hims and put them alone.

steroid letter
Monday 2 of november
Yesterday I so something in the news, that made me think about the use of steroids in sports competition.
The news say that a athlete that broke a world record, but in the test that see if you use drugs, the results indicate that he is using steroids, and then of that the record that he wont's is revocated.
I think that this is stupid, that people use this to win and be regosigate by a title, than then if the results of the test point that you use "drugs" is revocated, and they loose all the friability of they achievements. I think if you want to win something, you have to do it with your own effort, and if you do that effort, don't left it for using steroids, that dosent bring nothing good.
For that I disagree about the use of steroids, because is a fault to the effort of all the others athletes and to your own effort, and finally the only thing you wins id a deteriorated heal.

Obesity
Eating disorder is a problem that impact the society at this days and is continuos incresing in the people.
Eating disorders produce a variety of desease, but Im going to talk about of the obesity, that is wen a person has a weigt that is more that the normal at hes age of heore she, this is the tipically desease of eating disorder.
Obesity in the actuality is more comun at young age persons, is increasing a cause of bad alimentation and weak restrictions.
This desease can bring you a lit of problems like diabeties, blood desease and include in the socual skills because this generate bully.
The best wag to avoid this desease is that at a young age, adopt good nutrition habits, do sports and have a healfy life.
We have to create concern about all the problems that brings the eating disorders, for the people, to not fall daunw in this and faight, to leabe in a healfy society.

I wrote a newspaper report
about the Tck children's how are they and what challenges have to affront in
their lives. I wrote with a formal and serious tone and hopes to address a adult,
intellectual teenager and school students).
I my newspaper report I
tried to use a formal and technical language, using phrases like "their
advantages are “and "they have to challenge.." to express their
singularities and disadvantages.
I want to use a easy to
understand language whit words like “exposed" and
"globalisation" for explain ideas more simple and for the different
types of audience that is guide this report. Using this elements I feel I
reached my propose, make that the readers take conscience of how are this
children's and person, what are they challenges, their advantages and
disadvantages.
This report take the core
topic of the social society, to teach the existence of the TcK in the society
and how their are different educations and live like others. For this a I
choose this text type, the report, I feel that with this text I could express
as the best way the topic that I choose and what I learn in class
